These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The VA Talks website, membership tiers, courses, and related tools (the "Service"), operated by The VA Talks.
The VA Talks offers tiered monthly memberships (Learn, Learn + Live, and Everything) as described on our site. Access to course content, live sessions, and platform tools is granted only for the duration of an active, paid subscription.
Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Course content, templates, and materials are for your personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of member-only content is prohibited.
We may update course content, add or remove features, or adjust pricing for new billing cycles. Material changes will be communicated to active members in advance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for members who violate these Terms, including sharing member-only content or abusive conduct toward staff or other members.
The Service is provided "as is." While we aim to help members grow their freelance careers, we do not guarantee specific income, client, or employment outcomes.
