We want members to feel confident joining The VA Talks. This policy explains how refunds work across our Learn, Learn + Live, and Everything memberships.
Membership fees are billed monthly and are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, as access to course content, live sessions, and platform tools is granted immediately upon payment.
You can cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a current billing period — your access simply continues until that period ends.
If you experience a billing error, duplicate charge, or a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the Service you paid for, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case individually.
If you upgrade or downgrade between tiers, the change takes effect from your next billing cycle. We do not issue partial refunds for the difference within an active billing period.
